Chineme Oladapo Areola – Managing Director
Chineme has more than 15 years sales experience in the Telecommunication Industry, 5 of which was dedicated to headhunting brilliant minds in the Corporate/executive sales space. She serves in various leadership roles in the telesales market for more than 8years.
In the course of her work over the years, she observed a proficiency gap in recruitment requirement – the biggest challenge being the difficulty encountered in sourcing right candidates. Now offering her services as the managing director of First Notch Recruitment Agency Limited, she drives the Company’s sales and marketing strategy. Chineme has accepted the challenge of being the missing link between a Seeking employer and a desiring, qualified talent. Drawing inspiration from her wealth of experience, she has invested in a more robust recruitment process designed to produce results faster with greater ease.
She is passionate about recruitment and about people and she has personally hired and trained sales Executives, consultants, team leaders, managers and directors and is as such suitably qualified and perfectly positioned to understand client’s needs in order to source and identify top talents and opportunities.

Oladapo Areola – Chief Executive Officer
Oladapo is the co-founder of First Notch Agency Limited and has a long, established and successful 15 years career within Recruitment, Training, Technical Consultation and Telecommunication Engineering across Nigeria.
He is highly suited to the fast-paced and challenging recruitment sector and enjoys the cut and thrust of the industry. Primarily responsible for the group as the Chief Executive Officer, Oladapo is at the forefront of the company’s Strategic operations and coordination. With a huge passion and entrepreneurial flair, he focuses on the development of his management team, which in turn helps to drive these businesses forward in order to enjoy sustained growth.
He is passionate about developing and ensuring excellent customer experience in line with the company’s aim to deliver a ‘True, Proven Value Service’ to an array of clients ranging from small to large multi-national blue-chip partners across various sectors in Nigeria.
